Gary patiently and knowledgeably took me through the fire safety check on our property, comprising of four individually owned flats. The advice given was extremely clear and the report very promptly sent. The report itself is user friendly. After-support is also offered. I would strongly recommend Gary.

Used Gary for the fire safety assessment on our blocks. Can't fault him in any way. Very thorough, but with a strong willingness to work with us and support us getting the message out to our residents.We received the report the very next day and it is extremely detailed.All of our actions are clearly laid out, with timescales and expected resolutions. Gary completed a fire risk assessment on our small block of flats In Hove. He was very professional with a wealth of knowledge. Once the site survey was carried out the Fire Risk Assessment was completed and sent on the same day. Used Fire Safety South East for the FRA on our 3 blocks in St Leonard's On Sea.Gary is really professional and willing to go that extra bit further to make sure that his report is clear, concise and readily understandable by those not used to reading such things.He was early for the site visit and had already done some of the work by the time I arrived. Gary was very clear about pre information that he required before our fire assessment and we exchanged several emails and a couple of phone calls, I sent him an agenda for the day in advance with the residences we had available to view.On the day he was here as promised and was again very clear about his remit but we also discussed concerns outside of this brief that he could offer assistance with going forward.The reports arrived the day after his visit, they were clear, well laid out, professional and held no surprises.We have since been in touch to seek further advice re the links he provided with his cover letter around the new Fire Safety act 2021.
