Just bought my first air rifle from this company, I can't fault the service. From answering emails almost as quick as i can post them to the best prices i have seen on the web and then to finally delivering my rifle at the time stated. I will be a permanent customer from now on. More companies could follow their business model to keep customers happy.Keep up the excellent work.Phil

Great online service, i bought an air rifle and a scope after chatting with a very knowledgeable young lady after my first choice of rifle was unavailable. It was delivered to my door by a pleasant guy that needed some I. D. on arrival. The shop kept me informed along the way, all in all a very good experience. I'm also very happy with my purchase and glad I had that chat. I would definitely use this company again. They have some great deals on as well from tine to time.

Great place for all your Airgun needs and wants. I’ve now completed a few orders Pellpax and each order has been great. Fast delivery the next week! Really helpful bunch of guys who seem like they really enjoy their job. Was stuck on a few things when ordering some stuff online I called up and the guy on the phone chatted me through everything on the phone (can’t be sure but think his name was Andy was a few weeks back now) and he was super stoked when said I was buying 2 of the Umarex Colt Peacemakers. He was telling me how good they were for the quality, weight just overall fun factor and I was sold! Had to have..I’ve also purchased many different targets, pellets, gas and cases from here. Great one stop shop! And now, here I am 4 pistols later I’m still wanting more! Think I need to pay a visit in store. Can’t recommend the Umarex Colts enough they’re so much fun. We’ve just thrown a western themed party and everyone loved them. Queuing up for our mini shooting range. The other 2 pistols were the Smith and Wesson model 29 (Dirty Harry) and the 629 Smith and Wesson again both from Umarex but they’re stunning pieces of workmanship! They seem to be at the top of their game when it comes to replicas! Oh and be sure to keep an eye out and subscribe for emails as they have wicked deals pretty much something on offer nearly every week.

I can't say I aheva any faults with the product, price or service given when buying from PellPax. The revolver I bought came very swiftly, the product had a good discount and the box was well packed. The gun Works perfectly and looks great. Their website has a great range of products to choose from and accessories. I will definatly be coming back for more in the future and would advocate for this company as a supplier if you're in the market!!!

Bought 2 guns and had them delivered. Prices are unbeatable! Delivery was exactly when they said and was painless. Whilst on holiday bought three more guns and collected them. Same faultless service.Wouldn't buy a gun from anywhere else.

Trusted Seller and willing to amend orders already placed before dispatching unlike other companies that will force you to cancel and re order. Prices I think to be reasonable for people with different financial situations and the delivery driver was polite and friendly. I would shop here again.
