Ray has been wonderful throughout the whole buying process. I am a first-time buyer, with a busy job and moving from another area, so the experience could have been daunting. However, he made the whole process smooth, with his friendly and extremely pleasant, helpful manner. He remained patient and was flexible; always getting back to me quickly and explaining things clearly, as well as liaising with Solicitors etc to sort out any issues.
