I had a flat to dispose of in the UK and asked Town and Country property auctions if they could sell it for me with the minimum of stress as I was a non resident of the UK. I was assured that they could put it in the auction within the month and it wouldn't be a problem. And they were correct. I got an acceptable Pre auction offer within a week and they provided a brilliant solicitor who got the whole thing done in under 5 weeks!! Couldn't recommend them highly enough. The experience of buying at auction was new to me, I was very nervous. I found Town & Country Property Auctions really supportive and they talked me through the hole process. Big shout out to Tracey, she was great, really helpful.

I used Town & Country Property Auctions to sell my flat in Weymouth. I had previously been unable to sell the property via normal methods as there was an issue with one of the owners not contributing to the service fund for 10 plus years.TCPA were fantastic from start to finish. They gave sound advice and were always contactable for any questions that arose.They were extremely efficient to get the property listed to ensure maximum exposure time before the sale.They advised to only sell to cash buyers as there was an issue with the block management. This meant once the hammer was down nothing could prevent the sale.They also advised me not to take a cash offer pre auction. This at the time was a very tempting offer since I was keen to sell and had previously failed to do so. l ended up getting £30k above the cash offer when it eventually sold at auction.The conveyancing post sale was seemless. The completion happened 28 days later and I signed only 1 form and replied to 2 emails.Nick and Tracey were both brilliant, continuing their great service after the sale to get me the meter readings so i could settle up.I would definitely sell again via TCPA and would recommend their service to everyone.Thankyou TCPA!!!

After an unsuccessful sale on the open market I was referred to Town and Country to investigate the auction route. From day one Matthew and Tracy in the Bournemouth office have provided a clear understanding of the whole process and have updated me at every step until and even after the auction had taken place. They were brilliant. I would definitely recommend that you speak to these people if you are looking to sell via this route.

I can honestly say that Mathew and Nick were very thorough in their approach to this sale. They spent a good time looking over the property, made useful comparisons, and offered us good advice but, sensibly, no promises. (Who can make promises for auctions?) The most nerve-wracking part was, naturally, the setting of the reserve price and their advice was such that it all worked out nicely.The whole process was easy to do - a few online forms and KYC stuff to the associated solicitor, and wait. But in the meantime, their team conducted dozens of site visits, spoke to bidders, assembled the auction page and, on the day, managed the auction process. On the dot - SOLD! A little later, the money arrived. That was it.Will your sale go as well? I don't see why not.
