Having read the previous review, it is hard to believe it is written about the same company I had dealings with. From the start to the end of the project that I took part in (a weekend in Paris), Roots dealt with everything with professionalism and attention to detail. I was updated throughout the screening process and all of my queries were answered in full and promptly. Once on the project itself, I found our guides to be both knowledgeable and entertaining. To have a fully all-inclusive trip abroad plus receive payment (which was transferred within days of completion) seemed too good to be true, but Roots are a genuine company and the experience was very much real. I’ll be first in the queue for the next project on offer.

Completed a test for these guys, communication was great, payments was prompt and they helped me out by reminding me of the things I had not finished to receive my payment. Really professional and friendly staff in the office and everything went really smoothly.

Not sure why the previous reviewer had such a bad opinion. It was well organised, well communicated and the experience was worth it and not just for the money. Get to meet new and wonderful people and experience a trip around Paris. The guides were organised and helped with any requests we had. Henry was a great guide and a laugh to. Mohammed.

I'm a user experience researcher based in Sydney, Australia and was recently looking for an agency to assist me in recruiting business owners throughout the UK. I reached out to over 10 agencies and found Roots to reply in the most timely and professional manner. Their costings were very reasonable in comparison to most agencies and they completed the project on time, with great communication throughout. Most importantly the participants they did recruit were all amazing which resulted in a very successful piece of research being completed. I primarily worked with Hannah and Natasha who were both excellent and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be reaching out to them next time I require research participants and would highly recommend working with them.

In short, very disappointed in the company take part in research or roots research ltd in Brighton.I have complete 3 projects with for them and they pay your incentive money over the 30 days. They claim to pay their researchers within 30 days of completion but i have had to call the company which is a nightmare to get through to and often, I’ve had to wait hold for a long time before they answer.Today is day 31 and I have been calling them since 1430 and I explained I need the money to get home to my family as 5 days ago, I called and they promised the money would be sent ant now it’s 1802 and they have closed and now I am having to borrow money of friends on my birthday or all the days just to travel back home.
