Massive thanks to Robert, Dominic, Dan, Aaron and all of the team at Arcus for installing our Sunsoka pool! Despite Covid and Brexit it was all completed in time. Couple of delays with the cover but that was more down to the company that make the type of safety cover that we chose.We've been really enjoying using it and would definitely recommend Arcus if you're considering a pool build. Thanks guys!

Sarah and her colleagues were extremely helpful, dealt patiently with all our queries and provided great advice. They arranged for some major work to be done on our pool cover at a lower cost than other quotes and with far better advice and support.We would highly recommend Arcus and will use them in future.

Can't say enough about the great service from Dominic and his whole team. From Sarah who took my initial enquiry to the guys who cleaned up spotlessly when they installed my pool enclosure.

Swimming Pool is pretty much all done (see attached). We have been using and enjoying it.I just wanted to say what a pleasure it has been dealing with your company. Having been let down by another suppler, who pretty much wasted 8 weeks of my time (and the rest of the summer) turning a quote round (only to then tell me the lead time had gone up for weeks!) I was beginning to wonder if I was doomed to not get my pool.Then, I emailed you guys. Quite honestly, I expected either no response to my email or the simple response of ‘it will cost this much and you will get it sometime next year’. But no, I actually got a phone call from a human being and someone that actually cared!Not only did you tell me you could supply me with the pool I wanted but you could actually give me a sensible lead time. I think I actually ordered within 24 hours of first emailing you.It gets better. You actually did what you promised. The pool was delivered on the actual day you said it would. Not only that but it really does seem like a good quality pool!To say we are delighted is an understatement. It’s a shame you only buy a pool once as I would love the excuse you use you guys again. I would certainly recommend you.Just one negative and that’s the instructions. I know you say they are being updated but that does not help me. Not only should they be up to date but they should reflect the products you send out and photos would be so much better than pictures. I actually ended up using some video instructions from youtube from one of the suppliers that let me down (your competitors).However, that negative is more than made up for by your customer service.

Wonderful experience from start to finish from my initial enquiries with Sara to the information sent and the site visit right through to installation. Very happy with product but exceptionally happy with the service.

Arcus supplied and installed a new pool liner for me. There was an issue with the liner on install but they quickly ordered a replacement which was installed without issue. Good communication throughout, Very professional company. Would highly recommend.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Arcus Products for our new swimming pool.From the first contact with Sarah, I knew they were a professional company, with honest & sensible ideas for my project. Everything was completed to a very high standard & in the time scale & budget agreed.Matt in the office was responsive to any questions or queries I had along the journey and went above and beyond without question.Aaron & Dean arrived on site to commence the installation, which was delayed for a few days, due to torrential rain, no fault of theirs. No problem said Matt, we can reschedule for next week & took the time and trouble to shuffle other jobs around to get it sorted.Dominic was also involved in the background, offering a very experienced, behind the scenes support role.The pool is now completed & I could not be happier.Thanks to all at Arcus & sorry if I missed anyone who assisted.I am in no way affiliated or associated with Arcus Products Ltd.
