Though my experience was short I have to say that it met all the expectations I had created prior in my mind; the staff where lovely and kind, the options where vast and well priced, and the store was easy and intuitive to navigate. Overall my experience was amazing and I would recommend anyone to go here, even if it is just to look at the amazing Koi they have.

I have been a customer for many years but am disappointed with my recent experience. After the annual UV bulb replacement my pond refused to clear. The staff said the right things but we're reluctant to help even though the unit was guaranteed for 3 years.The supplier sent me one of their own bulbs to try and the pond cleared in 1 week. Boddington limited my compensation for numerous trips and 6 weeks of green water to a refund on their bulb.Expected more as a loyal customer.

Excellent. Have used Boddington Koi for many years when they were based in Staverton village before moving to the edge of Worcester. Always received great advice. Competitive prices and help over the phone or indeed at the shop.My Aquamax pump gave up the ghost Saturday morning and following a phone call Arthur rang back with a recommended pump and price. Delivered safely to my home hours later it went straight into the pond and working well. Terrific service.

I went there to ask for some advice on buying fish for my young daughter. Staff were really unhelpful. I felt like I was bothering them. I actually thought there was going to be a domestic between the man behind the counter and the red haired lady
