We recently had need of a skip. I searched the web and found prices had increased dramatically since covid and the last time i had to use one. I came across this local firm and it was so easy to ask for a quote.. the reply was within hours even had my first reply out of hours which was great. Got the ball rolling and it couldn't have been simpler. Driver arrived promptly Monday morning and left the skip where i asked for it to be put. Filled by Wednesday so made the call for it to be collected and it was within 12 hours. No fuss no mess. All in all a very pleasing experience for once.. I highly recommend this company and wont hesitate to use them for any future skip requirements i may have.

Ordered a skip for delivery on Friday, payment link by text is easy and convenient.Needed it for a couple more days due to weather and circumstances...no problem.Will be my first choice next time.

Friendly driver upon delivery, we were away so had the option to pay on card so they can leave the skip on the drive, driver called and asked which house & was friendly over the phone. Prompt quote and clear, 10 day hire - only comment is that they say get in touch for early collection, which we did, however due to bank holidays it took us through the 10 day period so never mind. Only minor detail! However prompt collection and delivery, will definitely use again going forward!

Hired a skip from Bushbury Skip hire and have been really pleased. Got a skip over to us within 24 hours and quickly collected once we were finished. People I spoke with on the phone were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely use them again.

I emailed to arrange the skip, these were responded to quickly and I got a skip at short notice. The skip was delivered on time while I was at work and the skip was put out of the way of the door and well into the drive so I could still get my car on still Very considerate! 7 day skip hire would have liked longer but called in some help and got the job done quicker! Really easy to deal with over the phone. No fuss, polite and reliable. Great that there's a bank transfer option rather than just cash.Really liked being given a sheet of clear instructions of what can be added and what can't - very helpful for leaving on display when there's more than one person loading it at different times!Would recommend! Wish I had used this company previously.

Not the company to use if you need a skip for rubbish or landfill. Recently had a skip from Bushbury, pleasant staff and delivery driver. Explained I wanted the small skip for house hold waste and garden rubbish. Delay for collection which was anticipated due to the bank holiday. I received a text to state there was a tyre and food waste in the skip, I didn’t realise these were prohibited. I received a list of prohibited items after the skip had been collected, after seeing the list I offered to collect these items. I was told an additional fee would be issued which I agreed with.Today I have received a rude phone call stating the skip is coming back due to its contents. I was slightly confused as this is what I needed a skip for, household waste and land fill. I had vulnerable people in my vehicle and at the point where the caller started swearing I didn’t appreciate the customer service as much! Such a shame as I had found the experience professional and reasonably priced.Will not be recommending or using again.EDITResponse to reply -Good morningThank you for your reply on my Google review. It's unfortunate I can't reply.I was not given a list on delivery that is untrue- I was given prohibited list when the skip was returned.I did agree to pay to service fee- so again that is untrue.The manager of the company did swear at me so again that is untrue.How do you know I am a Nurse? That's extremely personal- please remove from your comment.There was food waste and nappies in the skip, but your sorters emptied the bags. I was unaware you would be sorting my rubbish I just wanted it removed.Please come and collect your skip.As you now know some how that I am a nurse I am on shift this morning but will gladly discuss this further during my break.

So pleased with Bushbury Skip Hire! Skip arrived quickly and on time, pleasant driver more than happy to help. When the skip needed picking up, they were so nice on the phone and picked the skip up within a few hours. Would highly recommend!
