Don't use MBR. They strung us out for weeks and left us high and dry. We simply needed a door trimmed after putting in new carpet. The company who installed the carpet recommended MBR to us. I contacted them weeks before the carpet went in to schedule a time for trimming the door, and they wouldn't commit, wanting to hold off until the carpet was in. I contacted them immediately once it was, and they said they'd trim the door the following week. They then kept putting the work off, until finally telling me it would be weeks before they could do the work. At this point, two weeks after the carpet had gone in, I had to go and find someone else, and we still can't close the bedroom door with two young kids in the house. I wish that I had known that MBR couldn't be counted on so that I could have scheduled someone reliable. You might want to look for someone else as well.
