Contacted Keenan Property regarding some work in our loft area. They arrived, assessed and quoted. Got a date booked in and agreed and again they arrived when agreed and completed the work professionally. Very happy with the team and the work they carried out.

Had the pleasure of booking 'Keenan' to carry out some work in our house following some damp flags coming up in home report pre-sale. They fitted us in over the weekend, were very tidy and courteous, finished the work on time to a high degree of workmanship, and were very competitively priced. excellent job nice and clean

John worked on our elderly mum's flat which had extensive dry rot. John was highly professional in his manner and communication , keeping us in the loop at all stages in the process. Work was done efficiently , with flat left spotless on completion. End finish was of high quality. Would not only recommend but will definitely work with John again in the future.

Rising damp in front wall of Livingroom and porch. Over 3 days they removed existing plaster to the brick, injected a damp proof course, and re-plastered the walls with new skirting. They had warned about dust mess, but with plastic sheeting and ventilation this was kept to a minimum.Very pleased with final finish. Definitely recommend for this type of work.
