Lairhillock Park

Possible worst caravan site I’ve ever stayed at, i was looking for somewhere long term when I contacted them, was told no then contacted on a private number and was told strictly there not allowed to do it, but if I paid cash wasn’t a problem. So moved on to the site. Once I decide to leave all rent was upto date they still said I needed to pay further as I owed them. Jean who owns the site is a blackmailer and untrustworthy, she has a woman there called Julie who apparently runs the site between them both there lying, thieves i would not trust staying at this site it’s not a holiday place it’s full of workers and Jean the owner is just in it to take money money with nothing in return, showers are dirty the loud reving of engines from the garage behind worst site

We had a great stay at Lairhillock Park. Julie was very welcoming and helpful throughout our weekend stay. It was a perfect location, close to dog walks, Coventry and plenty of local things to do. The facilities were spot on.The ground was quite muddy, but that was to be expected in November! I am sure we will return in the future.

Lovely quiet site in the middle of the country side within easy driving distance of Leamington, Warwick, Coventry and Rugby. Very friendly and helpful owners. Very reasonable site rates too compared to other sites in the area. The only thing for me that could be improved would be the toilet facilities. They are very clean but there is only one shower for men and the same for women and the same for the toilets themselves. But this would not put me off going here again.

Really recommend this caravan and camping site . The staff there are fantastic as well and absolutely went massively out of their way to look after my elderly father . Thank you so much Jean . Wonderful customer service and a highly recommended site .

We wanted a touring site that was close to Rugby and Coventry as we had an event to attend and Lairhillock was the only place we found. The location suited us nicely for our needs on this trip.Booking was straight forward and when we arrived, a hardstanding pitch had been reserved for us.The site has basic facilities and that is reflected in the cost.Julie, the warden, is lovely.

Only stayed here one night on way to a show in our camper van but was very happy with service and facilities. Basic amenities but lovely hot shower and spotlessly clean toilets. What more can you ask for the small overnight fee. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great park with friendly staff, nice place to chill out, however the toilet blocks were outdated but clean.

Lovely adult only site good amenities, friendly owner Jean very pleasant to deal with, Indian up the road in marton Will deliver, short cycle down the road mostly pavement gives you a co-op, 3 nice pub's good ale and food one is on the canal where you can cycle right into Leamington spa about 7 miles mainly flat.Open all year
