The Shinfield Window Company fitted windows and french doors to our property. Rickie was always on time, polite and friendly. We were extremely happy with the professional clean job and would highly recommend and use again in the future.

What a great experience from start to finish. Rickie turned up on time to quote. Told me exactly how long it would take to order the windows and sent me a quote that evening. Having ordered them, it took exactly the time he said it would for the windows to come and he installed them on the agreed day. My builder was really worried that he would make a mess of the newly plastered and painted walls (we did everything in the wrong order) but was really impressed at Rickie's workmanship. Nothing had to be touched up. Chloe in the office was fab. Happy to recommend a wonderful family firm

I cannot recommend enough. From day 1 Rickie was polite and timely, no messing around and very straight to the point, which I appreciated. He has the personal touch you don’t get with national brands and you can tell this in the quality of his work. And there are no hidden costs and no over inflating the prices just to bring you down to make it look like you got a deal. He’s honest which is hard to find these days. I was always kept in the loop with the ongoing works and any finer detail decisions we were always consulted on. We only had our upstairs done but we will, without a doubt be getting The Shinfield Window Company back out when we are ready to change downstairs

I posted on a local group about my back door not latching. Rickie replied offering to take a look. I called, on a Saturday, and followed his initial advice, but after failing to fix the problem myself, called him back. Rickie offered to come within 20 minutes and look at it free of charge. He managed to make some adjustments and fix the issue, also fixing an issue with another door! It was a simple job (for him) and he wouldn't take payment. He was professional, quick to respond, kind & honest and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use his services again. Thank you!

I was recommended to contact The Shinfield Window Company when we needed a new vertical slider to replace an old box sash and a new back door with cat flap!Rickie came out to do a survey and advised us on what options we could go for and reassured us completely on what we would get and how it would be installed and finished. They replaced the sill on the broken of my french doors - seemingly straight forward, except they were put in 20+ years ago and the colour variant hasn't been used for many years - but Rickie unexpectedly found a perfect match! They arrived exactly when they said, did a great job, and while there were here, even sorted out my back door which hasn't shut properly for ages. We would highly recommend The Shinfield Window Company. We had bi fold doors with blinds fitted and are so happy with them. From quote to installation, Rickie and Chloe were fantastic, answering all our questions and were very respectful of our property. It was a prompt, reliable service and an excellent finish.
