This is the worst practice in the North West with abusive staff to rude and abrupt Doctors, There is NO help for Mental Health patients in this Surgery and if you ask for HELP you will simply be removed from the patient list and allocated to a secure SAS surgery! Please stay clear of this practice at all costs as they will not help you but make your condition ten times worse.

Impossible to get an appointment! Then when you do get one have to wait for weeks. Turned up today (3 weeks later) and got told my appointment was cancelled because the doctor isn’t in...I receive a text message yesterday reminding me to go to my appointment. Receptionist asked the doctor if he could fit me in later today...he huffed and said come back at half 3. Actually appalled! I’ve been waiting for scan results for something important for 9 weeks in total now since my first visit!!!!

Just registered today it’s very nervous changing doctors but today I was made to feel welcome from the second I walked though the door big smile of the lovely ladies behind the reception.The lovely nurse Vicky was excellent her knowledge outstanding her lovely nature was reassuring hope I’m as happy here as I was at my last doctors.
