Essex Kilns Ltd

I have just acquired a second hand Kiln which was originally supplied by Essex Kilns. I have had problems with the controller and I cannot thank Lawrence enough for the time he has spent trying to help me sort this out. I would add that as I live in Spain, if Lawrence Had not been so helpful it would have been an absolute nightmare to sort the problem out. David was super helpful and friendly and came to my rescue despite it being a very busy time. They sent the very brilliant Lukasz to come fix my kiln within a week as luckily someone cancelled and he did an excellent job. It is now working brilliantly. Thank you so much!

I found Essex Kilns through a friend during an emergency situation with my kiln not firing to temperature, whilst working to a very tight deadline for an important show. I was very stressed and the engineers at Essex kiln sorted out an emergency visit the next day from one of their engineers. Lukasz came and replaced the thermocouple and stayed to see the kiln heat up to temperature. We had some great chats about ceramics as Lukasz was very interested in the process and enjoyed making his own ceramics. This was a breath of fresh air after months of trying to find an engineer to come and service my kiln (there are very few engineers in the London area and many people I had contacted either didn't respond or seem interested in doing the job). Now I have found Essex Kilns I am very happy to have their support and know they also care about their customers work which is really special and unique.

Very helpful when I had problems with my kiln. Holly came out and fixed it and she was brilliant. Would use Essex Kilns Ltd again.

I had an annual maintenance service on our kiln and also asked for some training and a manual. All was done so effeciently and the engineer that they sent to site was fabulous, she was really helpful. I could not ask for a better response.
