AFRICAN SHOP NBB STORE LIMITED

Lovely place to shop for African food items and more. NBB has varieties to make a choice from. Prices of goods here are quite cheap/affordable compared to most African shops.

I have lived in the UK for over 10 years and as an African, I try to patronize African shops. I am usually very respectful and thoughtful to shop owners. I used to shop in this woman's store but I will never set foot in it again. I have never been in a shop where a shop owner becomes combatant with customers and yells insults and orders you out of the shop because she believes you were having an attitude. All this, while she has not as much as welcomed you when you walked into the shop and did not respond to your greeting. The hygiene level in this shop is abysmal and no one wears masks with the pandemic, including the shop owner. I will rather travel long distances than ever set foot in this shop again. Avoid this place.

Always very pleased with the friendly service. I use this for the Hermes drop-off facility and they are always very friendly and thorough with giving receipts and answering queries. The best Parcelshop I have used by some margin.Would highly recommend.

Lovely african shop..i got all my items there

As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed. The lady who worked there offered to help me when she approached. She talked me through which of the products would work best for what I was cooking and then gave me personal tips on how to cook it. She also said she would be happy to see a photo of my meal that I will be cooking for the first time the next time I am in the shop. Overall a great experience!

Very rude staff, won't return.

Didn't even manage to walk into the store. The lady at the front was moving some delivery boxes into the store and when I was approaching the entrance she just repeated I'm too busy" a couple of times

I get all my African food stuff in this store and the owner is a nice woman

Rudest shop owner I've ever met. She sells fake and expired goods. She insulted me when I confronted her.
