Really great help from technician Miz Rahman, who was able to drop in within two hours of me reporting the issue. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Provided me with amazing advice and stayed to run the laser a few times with new settings, etc.

Hi. I am the lucky owner of a Trotec Speedy 300. I have been having a number problems getting the machine up and running due to technical issues. However, Connor from technical support has been an absolute gentleman and a true star. His customer service has been outstanding and he has walked me trough every issue with proficiency and great patience. He has gone over and above the call of duty to get me up and running. He's an absolute credit to the Trotec brand and the service branch in which he works. He truly deserves acknowledgement for the support he provides. It's service like the one Connor has provided that gives Trotec such a great name and a recognised reputation as being the best.

Dan G came to my house to conduct my Trocare service and was the perfect gentleman throughout his visit. He explained in detail what he had been doing and how well the machine is performing. He gave great advice on some projects I am doing and left the workshop clean and tidy after the work was completed. A very professional and an extremely nice chap. Thank you.

Excellent experience with Trotec overall, but specifically their Trocare technical support which has been outstanding!The email responses to any queries, (no matter how small or trivial) is always dealt with in the most professional, friendly and welcoming manner. I cannot stress how friendly and knowledgeable this team is, always going above and beyond in order to put my mind at ease if there is something that is not working as it should be.I would like to personally highlight Connor's attitude and email response time as being nothing less than amazing. There have been a couple of times now that I manage to get Connor as the person who is dealing with my query, and he never disappoints. Although whoever I have answer my query is always so helpful and pleasant.What more can I say other than Trotec support is as good as their laser cutting machines. For those of you who have been fortunate enough to use their machines will know how much this solidifies the quality of their support.Well done team Trotec!

Excellent experience so far; from initial call with Trevor S before the pandemic, subsequent visit to Boldon HQ for a demo with our files/materials, specialist delivery last week & installation/basic training today from Steven C who was kind enough to step up at the last minute to help us out when another engineer was ill.Nothing has been too much trouble & at every step we've been kept informed & updated. All of the staff we've dealt with have been really friendly, v. knowledgeable, nothing has been rushed, time has been taken to answer our questions & give technical advice.We really appreciate the care, attention and lack of pushy sales; (!) the focus has always been on finding the right solutions for our application. It has given us huge confidence from the start to deal with Trotec. Cannot fault.Hats off to Steven today for the dealing with the crated Atmos before installation and training could take place; he took everything in his stride. Great training delivered with patience and insight plus some great tips. Friendly, professional, tidy and organised. Huge thanks.

I just had the wonderful experience of Miz Rahman servicing my trotec machine. He was very prompt and competent in his service, but it was the advice and tips on the little workings of the machine that were just invaluable. Not only was he so friendly and helpful, he was just such a wealth of knowledge when it came to certain parts of running the machine that I know will help me in the future.He is a real credit to the Trotec servicing team, I look forward to his annual services and knowledge he imparts.

Service was carried out by a very competent engineer, he explained various aspects of what he was doing, and showed me some helpful tips on cleaning, very satisfied with the quality. He confirmed the status of the tube and advised what I should do regarding the care package.
