Extremely delighted with the very prompt service. I rang on Saturday and the came out Monday pm to fix 4 windows which locks had broken on and couldn’t open . Also one hinge had broken.Kevin came on time told me when he was coming he wore overshoes on the carpets and proceeded to fix all 4 in an hour and half . He was so polite and explained exactly what he was going to do .The price for 4 windows was reduced from £100/ window to £89 as he was doing more than 1 , I felt that was fail price for new locks .Thanks again.

Regent UPVC Repairs
I had a problem with the a door lock which was I thought was broken. Kevin came out the same day and repaired the door mechanism and put in a new lock and realigned the door. Also had 3 window locks replaced. Very pleased with the professional service and he explained what had been done. Would definitely recommend Regent.

Upvc door lock had broken, was told by previous quote that we needed a new door! Called regent on Sunday, Kev came out the next day, replaced the lock, not only that but he adjusted the door for me aswell as it was catching on the frame, now it works better than ever! Lock came with 5 new keys, all for £89!! Cheapest quote I had out of 4 different companies! Would I be using regent again, yes!! Would I recommend them, absolutely!! Very polite and professional!!

Had a patio door repair. Didn’t know them just looked at the Google review and phoned him, Reviews were positive. He came out next day as promise repaired lock and hinges and did door adjustments too. Explained all what he did in simple terms. Top man thoroughly professional. Will recommend absolutely.

Brilliant service! The lock on our back door gave up on us at 5pm leaving us without any way of securing the house overnight. The problem was diagnosed within 5 minutes and quote provided over the phone.The lock was not only fixed but an extra layer of security added to the mechanism. We were really impressed by the professionalism and the level of knowledge and experience the engineer offered and would highly recommended the company to anyone in need of an efficient and quality service. Same-day service after ringing based on reviews.Fixed faulty door, readjusted so I hung correctly to prevent future failure, repacked the glass as it was installed so badly originally.Would 100% use them again and would recommend to friends and family.
