My Smile Centre Dental Practice

I've been waiting years for a checkup and when I got an appointment they had a rushed look over my teeth, and didn't give me any extra advice. They said that the leftover glue on the teeth would have to be removed elsewhere, all in the span of about 1 minute costing £15 !!

My first visit to this dental practice and as a very nervous person who was petrified I was reasurred by the dentist that all would be ok and it was .The receptionist is absolutely lovely and also very reassuring. I would recommend this practise especially if you are scared if going to the dentist .I am more than happy with the treatment I received.

I rarely leave reviews but feel I need to write one up to make people aware.I managed to get an emergency appointment through the 111 service and was able to be seen by the practice on the day. After notifying them of the amount of agony I was in, and that I could not sleep, eat or drink with the pain, I was told that I had a sensitive tooth and was told to get a desensitizing toothpaste. Over the next day the pain got considerably worse to the point I went to A&E to get some sort of pain relief. We called the practice back and asked them if I could be seen again, and for them to do a re-evaluation as we tried everything suggested to us. They refused to see me, and instead said they're adamant there is nothing wrong with me and done all the checks to prove it. After managing to secure a separate emergency dental appointment through the 111 service with a different practice I was told that I had an infection, some of my nerve had died and that I needed an immediate root canal to save the tooth. I've since had the operation and am now pain free.I felt entirely deflated from the medical advice and support I was given from this practice. They just didn't seem to care.

Very happy with this practise who see both myself & my daughter! Always a 5* service from the dentist who is very profesional, caring and goes out of her way to ensure everything that is needed is done and is always giving lots of advice, taking her time to clearly explain things. The practise is very clean and tidy and always a warm welcome! Prices are extremely reasonable,

Was not happy at this practice. One u have to pay before ur next treatment .which I have never heard of. 2 the dentist I'd seen didn't have any people skills at all . So glad I've terminated my treatment from this practice

I had so many issues with this practice from incorrect/false payments to so-called treatment that I sent them a formal complaint. Incompetent, uncaring, unsympathetic and unprofessional. This practice is more interested in how much money they can make than anything else. I will certainly not be returning to them, and I would certainly not recommend them.

Awesome dentist with a really nice attitude and really attentive

Service was ok, however after experiencing severe pain following a filling I was told that I could not be seen and needed to contact NHS emergency line. Very disappointing. I will not be returning the practice after this. Managed to secure another private appointment locally.

The receptionist has 0 customer service skills, probably one of the rudest people I know!

Worst dental practice I've come across, sat waiting over an hour watching dentists from room 1 & 2 repeatedly going in and out of eachothers rooms to give a hand without changing gloves, very unhygienic and unprofessional, the secretarys on the other hand are very professional and courteous but their not performing dental surgery although in my opinion they are probably more qualified than the two dentist's I had the misfortune witnessing. Avoid at all costs!!!
