Quite quiet though it was a wet Sunday - good range of foods and desserts, hot and cold drinks on the menu. Sofa seating is a bit uncomfortable as there are no cushions. Staff were good, food was good, will visit again.

Some characters fill the seats, depending on time of day. Staff seem pre-occupied when serving. I think I'm saying they don't give full attention but they get the job done

Cosy place, attentive and lovely staff, really nice coffee (and a great chai latte!) With a good range of options and flavours. Really pleasantly surprised by how late they stay open too

Great addition to West Belfast, the staff are very pleasant and the coffee is top class, I recommend the coconut milk vanilla latte!! Staff wear masks and establishment is spotless, I am a regular a few times a week and it never fails.

Fair enough prices have gone up, but to be served a coffee in a smaller cup is ridiculous. Asked for a skinny coffee and the lazy staff member mixed skimmed milk with full fat milk and continued to steam. Could tell he couldn't be bothered to open a fresh milk. Walked from the shop with the coffee and was tempted to return and ask for a refund. The staff were not very friendly to begin with so thought better off it. Always do a great coffee but standards should be kept.

Yay Arizona! Best coffee shop by far! Staff are so smiley and welcoming, the food is perfect with a wide selection of scones and cakes if you just want something light or perfectly sweet and a vast compilation of cold and hot drinks. The atmosphere is lively and there is always someone to chat with, a coffee alone needn't be alone. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up, we love you guys!

Food and coffee were great and very reasonable prices. I had a panini which was very tasty. Came with what I presume to be a side salad that consisted of old and wilted lettuce and a couple of slices of tomato. Probably best to leave salad out if it's not fresh. Wee girl who was serving clearly had other places she wanted to be. Could do with a refresher on providing good customer service.
