Using just beams has been a very easy and straightforward process. Just beams took all the worry away from a problem caused by another structural engineer and completed what was needed in a very short amount of time. Communication was fantastic with nothing being any trouble to put right. I would recommend without any hesitation and only wish we had used just beams for the loft conversion from the start. Will absolutely use again for another project next year. Was a pleasure to have such a knowledgeable company involved.
