Called Ian at mobile car alarms as I required a cat 1 alarm on my new vehicle as the insurance stated it was done within so many days of the policy starting. Ian was extremely helpful and polite and explained all options that were available, he also booked me straight into the diary asap to fit the devices for a great price . Upon an installation day Ian came to my house and was extremely professional within all work carried out to my car, taking great care, cleaning up after himself and asking where I would like certain items that where to be fitted. (not going ahead and just doing it) I would highly recommend mobile car alarms to anybody that is In need of a car alarm. I will definitely be using againThank you for the great work

Ian was a complete pleasure to deal with, very responsive to messages and phone calls. fitted my van alarm and extra sensors with no problems. Discovered a fault with some of the van wiring and sorted this no problem and didn’t even charge extra. I would 100% recommend Ian to anyone. Fantastic service, can’t price.

We had an issue with the van alarm. The original installer recommended Ian to us. Ian was able to identify the problem over the phone and resolved the issue very quickly when he had the van. He made sure we understood what he was doing and what to do if, the problem returned, how to fix it. Very efficient and didn't cost a fortune, value for money.
