I called DD this morning, really friendly and professional over the phone, i was after quote for a new TV aerial, and CCTV. Nothing was a problem for them, they went out of their way to accommodate me. Really pleased with their work, reliable and friendly service. Def use them again when need to and highly recommend to others.

Very impressed , this is the type of firm I like to deal with,polite, friendly, professional and honest. Rob could have said 'yes, you need a new aerial', but he adjusted the connection and said ' see how it goes over a week & get back in touch if it's no better', which I will definitely do if I need to. Excellent service, I'd recommend them to anyone.

Digital Direct have done work on our Aerial on two occasions now and have been excellent. Very responsive, timely and well-priced. We have dealt with Richard on two occasions and he's done an excellent and professional job on both. We will definitely continue to use Digital Direct for future jobs (if needed!).

Called Digital Direct after being messed around and let down by another firm for 2 weeks. They responded quickly and completed the work the same day. Brilliant customer service kept in touch with me throughout. Great price too. I'm a landlord and have much experience of tradesmen in the Midlands and these guys are by far the best in their field.

Great service. Andy visited our property today and tidied up all redundant cables as initially requested, he removed unused connection boxes and fitted a new aerial cable and a booster. Absolutey brilliant, we now have better signal and know where all the aerial cable in the house is actually working and all the old unused stuff has been removed. Many thanks.
