Transcription Centre

We had tried various transcription centres in Germany and found them all to be of mediocre speed and quality - to say the least. As a result, we ended up wasting a lot of resources on proofreading the transcripts and negotiating with the contracted organisations about reducing the price for unsatisfactory work. Once we began working with Transcription Centre everything changed. Transcription Centre has kept its promises, and the transcriptions are coming through fast and of excellent quality! Furthermore, Neil, the Director of Transcription Centre, has shown incredible patience and good humour in working out an international contract between our German university and Transcription Centre, and for the first time in half a year, I can finally stop micro-managing incompetent transcription service providers focus on data analysis. They are always up to task - very friendly customer service, quick to deliver with high quality transcripts produced. They've made carrying out my research very enjoyable as I don't have to think about the time that goes into transcribing!
