Hopetoun Car Sales

Has three numbers two go to answer machines which are full, and others ring out. Never answer. Mobile, doesn't respond. There are three days where its appointment only but how can you book appointments???

I feel your pain!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Saw a Fiat 500 on gumtree so text the number as advised to book an appointment. After several attempts I eventually got a response and it was agreed that I would come on Wednesday at lunchtime to see the car. I text back to say I would be there at 12pm and drove from Dunfermline. When I arrived there was no one there. I phoned 5 or 6 times with number going straight to voicemail. After an hour wait I eventually had to drive back home. Complete waste of time. Don’t know how this company is selling any cars with their lack of customer service.
