Arlington House Apartments
Room was okay, though a bit tired. Was given a smaller room than booked. Service is cheap, for what was expensive accommodation. On arrival I got one set of hotel size toiletries, dishwasher cube and washing cube as a “welcome pack”. I stayed for 10 nights. Never have I stayed anywhere let alone at this cost where I didn’t get shampoo, conditioner and washing liquid to cover the duration on my stay.

You are paying for location with this hotel. It was convenient to be able to walk everywhere. The original mattress that was in our studio room should have been thrown away 5 years ago. There is something wrong when you fold up like a taco into a luxury firm mattress... With that being said, the housekeeping staff were able to switch out our mattress the next morning for a more appropriate mattress. Room is dated and needs maintenance. If you can overlook cosmetics, the location may be worth the price.

I had 4 days in August 2023 at Arlington House Apartments, it was a really nice stay there, location is amazing, close to Green Park station. Staff is very helpful and friendly, and the service is very good (daily cleaning service).

Arlington House Apartments
This apartment/hotel is appalling , the management is aggressive and threatening.I had made complaints about the bed and bathroom having bugs..YES BUGS. Over 3 days nobody checked or changed the bedding…in fact the mattress was riddled with bed bugs. I noticed a couple of bites on myself and then when I looked closely there were several small bugs all over the bed and pillows. It is clear that the management do not care and are only interested in payment regardless of quality or care for any guest. I do not suggest to stay in this premises to anyone…much better options with qualified management and cleaning services available closeby.

We stayed there for a month & honestly we had a great time especially with the staff as they are very helpfull & nice even though the property is a little bit old & tired. A minor glitch during our stay is that the elevator broke a couple of time. Anyway the reason I don’t want to stay there again comes after I stayed there. I was supposed to receive a package before check out but for some reason it has been delayed until we check out. I informed this to the hotel & ask them to receive the package so that my brother could get it there. The property said they cannot do that & all package will be send back if the guest is no longer there as it’s was the property policy which I completely understand. Once the package is delivered to my surprise they actually accept it on my behalf. I inquired them about it they said they would send it back but wouldn’t tell me when because I don’t have anyway to track the package anymore. They responded to me in a very rude way & not very helpful at all. After I got upset their GM name Liam contacted me & offer to help with my problem but has not followed up on his promise & in the end did not help me at all. I guess once we check out our concern does not matter anymore.

The location is nice. Staff at the property was helpful but limited services on weekend and no cleaning available.To my shock and surprise the property wrongly charged me 1000 pounds 3 days after I checked out saying we damaged the carpet while we proactively informed them about spilling the coffee in one place another big patch was showed to us that we did that damage as well all of this 3 days after we checked our and wrongly looting the consumer. Please I urge everyone never to book this place and never ever give places like this access to your credit card.I usually only take up to social media to write good experiences it’s the first time I am using it for such review because I feel this kind of loot can happen to any consumer and they must be protected.

I have had an extremely disappointing experience at Arlington House Apartments in London. There are daily complaints about stolen belongings, and residents have reported personal items being moved within apartments, indicating serious security and privacy issues. The absence of any cleaning services has resulted in a below-standard living environment, with residents having to manage hygiene concerns on their own.A particularly distressing incident involved a cleaner caught stealing a resident's entire bag of cosmetics, which has significantly undermined trust in the staff's integrity. The consistently rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff has further worsened the living conditions, making it challenging for residents to address their concerns.The most troubling incident was witnessing a cleaner filling her pockets with residents' belongings, a clear violation of trust and security. This requires urgent attention and corrective action from the administration.In summary, Arlington House Apartments has failed to meet essential standards in safety, security, cleanliness, and professionalism. I strongly caution prospective residents to reconsider until these serious issues are effectively addressed.
