Really bad seller , he is rude and they are selling broken appliances, please do not go there he also is lying and trying to get more time making you think that he is looking for a solution but nothing. Please do not make same mistake , just go to another shop that you can trust. I do not understand how this business still open.

A friend introduced them to me and I'm glad they did, they are very polite and will take their time to explain what the problem is/ the cause of the fault before fixing. I have had a smooth and friendly experience with them. Bought a washine machine from them and its still intact, working perfectly fine. Customer service is great...they didn't come on time once but their explanation for the delay was tangible aside that, I would say they are the best. I have also recommended them to few friends and were pleased as well.

I paid £180 for this fridge, it looks new and well looked after with left and right labels, when I got home I opened the labels and there were holes in it. It didn't seem fair at all because after 2 days it was broken and all the food in the fridge and freezer broken. He refused to give me my money back and gave me another refrigerator instead.

Very BAD SELLER. We bought a fridge from them which stopped working after a day. It was beyond repair so I requested a refund. They told me they didn't do refunds (joke guys). I had to accept another fridge as a replacement, and it makes so much noise that my wife can't stand it. Seller to flee!!!!!
