I booked 7 sessions of NEPIP reflexology. Taira was very welcoming and went over my reasons for booking this treatment and explained the process and what I could get out of it fully. I enjoyed my sessions and came away feeling very relaxed afterwards. I would highly recommend Taira and felt the sessions were really beneficial to me. Taira also gives advise on meditation etc to carry on at home once the sessions have finished. Thank you ❤️

I have found the reflexology treatments very calming and therapeutic. There is a lovely peaceful atmosphere with some soothing music in the background, which is very calming to the mind. I have quite a few complicated ailments which will take some more sessions but Tahira has given me a lot of good advice and I always look forward to booking my next sessions. I booked in for reflexology for the first time and I left feeling very relaxed. She made me feel very comfortable and explained all the steps. I have had a couple of sessions after. I highly recommend it to everyone!I also had mizan therapy for PCOS issues, and I did notice a massive difference in the pain and I normally take strong painkillers before and during my cycle and I noticed I didn’t take them anymore. Self care (womb massages and breathing exercises) is a massive part of this and Tahira really made sure we incorporated it outside of the sessions too.Thankyou so much ! ❤️
