Excellent service. Quickly provided a good value quote and an appointment time a couple of days later. On the day, Andy rang to see what the weather was doing and if I had cover if it was raining. It was raining and I do not have cover. Andy offered me an appointment at Trowbridge a couple of hours later. I drove across, dropped the car off with him and it was ready to collect about 1.5 hours later. Friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Can't thank Andy enough for his help and advise about what windows to fit in my Peugeot Boxer camper van, I took the van to him in Trowbridge for 9 am and collected it that evening, beautiful fit on two side windows and two back door windows. Reasonably priced as well. If you want a personal service and a high standard finish then this your man. 5 star.

Very unhelpful called him 3 weeks ago to arrange an appointment what he cancelled last minute and has been messing me around since then went to book in for him to come to me and all he could offer is a 4 hour time slot and refusing to narrow the time down with an eta when he was on his way on the day for these reasons I have now gone with halfords who offer it at the same price but a time and day that suits no absolutely no customer service

Rear windscreen of car replaced at home. Excellent service, highly recommended. Received a call to confirm arrival time, very friendly chap. Great job, wouldn't know the glass had been replaced, all mess cleared away. Very competitive price.
