The whole experience was great, I found a dress and it was gorgeous (definitely worth the wait). The environment was lovely and I was able to chat and have a laugh while trying to find a dress. Would definitely recommend to others.

We went to Crystal Breeze after a very negative experience at another prom dress shop and our experience at Crystal Breeze couldn't have been more different! First class service from Christine. Christine has an extensive knowledge of the prom dress industry but does not push you at all. The appointment is relaxed, informal and enjoyable. You don’t feel rushed to choose or take a particular dress, you could try on as many as you wish. One very happy daughter.

What an absolute pleasure meeting the lovely Christine today. She is so personable and really knows her stuff. It's worth noting that we went to a well known dress shop in Hounslow and they couldn't talk to us but were happy to talk to each other. Back to Crystal Breeze, Christine has a unique personalised system where when you purchase a dress she makes a note of the school so that nobody can buy the same dress making the experience totally unique and the dress niche. We chose several dresses to try on today and after the pit stop to Hounslow returned to Christine to make our purchase. The young lady with us who has her prom coming up in June is a very happy bunny. Christine also gave us the details of someone who could alter the dress with a 20% discount. I can't recommend Christine enough and the choice of dresses was second to none. Hounslow's selection was nearly double the price with none of the personality. Please say i sent you, you will not be disappointed

If looking for prom dresses this is a MUST! A wonderful variety of styles and colours, extremely reasonably priced. Christine was incredibly helpful, patient, and offered her opinion /suggestions too. I'd highly recommend her.

Christine is an incredibly kind and patient lady who has been in the business for years. She is very experienced and can really tell what size and style will work. Her approach and attitude is great with a teenage girl who really needs all the help she can get! Her stock is exquisite and affordable. The quality and range is fantastic and everything is in great condition. We had felt in other places alittle like we were in a fancy dress store but not here. It’s a purpose built studio with fine quality gowns being offered by a talented and experienced lady. I would have left the same review even if we had not found the ‘the dress’ but I’m happy to say we did. I would like to respectfully add that the prices won’t terrify you and the quality will delight you. Thank you Christine.
