Their classes kept me sane during my pregnancy- it was fantastic downtime to reset and ease the pregnancy aches and pains. I also learned a lot about breathing techniques and positioning which helped to get me through labour. Highly recommend to all expectant mums!

Love this place, Toni our teacher is great, the exercises are very good for our old muscles and bones, and just to swim in warm water in the winter is so refreshing. It’s a good workout and although invigorating it’s also intensive

I looked forward to the aqua natal yoga class with Lizzie every week during my pregnancy. It was a fantastic way to relax after a long day and allowed me to spend quality time focusing on myself and my baby and learning breathing techniques that helped during labour, as well as allowing me to move my body and feel less heavy whilst in the water. I always came away feeling very relaxed and looking forward to the next class. Highly recommend. The pool was lovely and warm and clean.

Really lovely class to prepare for the arrival of baby and take time for yourself and relax before life gets a bit busy for a while! Teachers are lovely, pool is warm and all stages of pregnancy welcomed. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to SLK Aqua Yoga classes now for nearly four months and I love it! The team are fabulous, really supportive and helpful. I am at the West Grinstead pool, currently in Sue’s class and have really noticed a difference in my strength, my mobility and my core - not to mention my mental well-being. As well as supporting my recent weight loss, I find the class is time for me to focus on me. Priceless……

Highly recommended for any pregnant mums. The most relaxing 30 minutes of my week! I’m only sorry I didn’t start the classes until the last weeks of my pregnancy. I will certainly be returning if I have any more babies.

I absolutely loved taking antenatal classes here. I was heavily pregnant through the summer of 2020 with all those heatwaves through lockdown so having this time each week to gently exercise in the water was such a relief! I particularly loved the relaxation part at the end of the session, feeling weightless - particularly towards the end of my pregnancy was such a treat!
