Tesco Express

Customer relationships is absolutely poor, cannot find staff on the till, have to wait several minutes. Shelf bags are always missing. They offered me to use carrying bags to put my breakfast, (like croissant) I will never use shopping bag to put my croissant this Tesco is a joke

Hello. My name is snapshot2007 and I am a frequent shopper at your Tesco store. I just wanted to take a minute to let you know what a fantastic job your worker (Mr Rejwan Ali) does every time I shop at your store.Every time I go into your store to check the types of shaving tools you have for sale, Mr Ali is always so warm and friendly. He immediately stops what he's to doing to give me some shaving tips. It was from him personally that I learnt the importance of hydration, moisturiser and aftershave. He once whipped out a Gillette blade from his pocket and demonstrated the art of using light, gentle, swift strokes.I've been known to be quite a slow learner, so Mr Ali was kind enough to offer me his snapchat. He now personally DMs me bi-weekly with shaving tutorials. Through constant persistence and persuvarence, I've almost reached the point in which my beard has replicated his beauty.These last few months have been a struggle for both myself and him, but he never acts annoyed, irritated or too busy to help me (unlike the sales men at other stores!). Instead, Mr Ali is always so friendly and eager to help me with anything that I need. We have moved on from facial shaving to body grooming and I am learning something new all the time. My wife has recently been complimenting me on my new landing strip look, and I have Rejwan to thank for that! I'll forever be thankful for the help he's provided and cherish the interactions in store we've had together.Whatever you are paying him, you should double it. He is doing a fantastic job and he is solely the reason I keep coming back to your fine store again and again.Sincerely Yours,Snapshot2007

1 man working there is soo rude calls next customers over whilst your still being served e.g putting in your pin number, when you drop off evri parcels he just lobs them on the floor. Horrible man, how ever all the lther members of staff are lovely

Rubbish staff specially the security guard and neeraj the psycho the brain less and with abusive language such a shame that tesco hv such bad staff .

I went to the store at 8:50pm and found a bouquet of flowers for a reduced price. When I went to purchase the item, the colleagues at the till told me a lady already paid for this, and that they were hiding it for her". They then proceeded to scan the item in front of me at self service

Unfortunately I did not check as the teller was ringing up. Got home to find I was charged for two instead of one of the items.The teller was lovely.

Friday 8th April @6PM approx. Security guard found it acceptable to comment about placing my child on a leash. I chose to ignore it as my child was present, he needs to mind his own business and do his job… None of his concern and I’ve shopped in this store since it’s opened with no issues. However, as of lately it’s becoming worse in regards to replenishment the aisles are narrow as it is and the staff Chuck all the recycling across the floor blocking access. Hence the visits in the evenings without a pushchair and walking round with my child.New girl think she’s polish with glasses unsure of name. Well mannered, polite and friendly. Fantastic customer service! Only redeem from 1star to 3stars.

Only go there if really desperate and everywhere else is closed. Poor stock range and empty shelves is standard, as is inflated prices. Around 50‰ of customers not wearing masks, never heard anyone challenged or even asked on door. Tesco putting customers at risk and not showing any duty of care to staff.

Good services and friendly staffsGood for quick grocery shopping if you live nearby.

Hands Face Space Consideration. A useful express that offer grocery, household, cleaning and essential items. Just a good location to pick up your shopping. Plenty of parking available at front of the store.
