I can't recommend your hygienist Steph enough! My teeth have never been cleaned so thoroughly by another dental team but - much more importantly - Steph also took the time to help me improve the tools and techniques I was using at home in between visits. A very kind, professional and gentle lady. Well worth a visit.

Mabel Saw is a brilliant dentist and I have been very happy with the quality of treatment at Burwell dental surgery. Mabel explains everything clearly and I am happy that I have received a thorough check-up whenever I go. I am chronically ill and she makes the effort to understand my other health issues as well. Everyone working there is so friendly and I am no longer terrified of going to see the dentist! Highly recommended.

I recently had a tooth extraction that was performed by Zainab Salim and Marilena Capra Rabescu and they were both very welcoming, kind, helpful and understanding. They also worked very efficiently and were straightforward about all the information I needed regarding the extraction itself and the aftercare. I'm extremely pleased with how it went! Overall, the staff are friendly, calm, professional and reassuring and I would definitely recommend it to others!

I would consider myself to be a difficult patient on arrival at BDS. Having tried a few local dentists who claim to be good with us nervous ones I'd say they were ungraciously tolerant at best. Plus my teeth had been neglected by various local surgeries so badly that the previous advice I was given was extraction / replacement of nearly all my teeth at a cost of £25K. I came to BDS emotionally (and literally!) in bits. BDS was not daunted. I now not only have a set of white, healthy gnashers (and I can drink that hot tea and eat that ice cream again) but I can ALMOST say I LIKE coming to the dentist! Never thought I'd say that. I'm not ashamed to smile anymore, and everyone at BDS makes me smile. Mabel is the epitome of polite, cheerful, talented professionalism and genuinely passionate about her work and your teeth. Her lovely nature and calm could win over even a phobic like me! However nervous I am I feel safe at BDS, and no one has ever made me feel bad about being anxious, they just put me at ease. All the staff are impeccable and faultless, kind, patient, understanding, helpful and pleasant - and very organised, even helping me when I'm not! A spotlessly clean environment, friendly, non-judgemental atmosphere, great customer service and an expert job carried out every time: if only everywhere I went afforded me such care!

After receiving a front tooth filling years ago with another dentist it had become misshapen and discoloured. Sheetal provided excellent consultation outlining each option in detail. I am extremely happy with the end result and the quality of the filling, the tooth has been totally restored! I would highly recommend Burwell Dental Clinic and Sheetal especially as her professional manner, experience and knowledge is outstanding. I look forward to continuing my teeth restoration journey with her.

I went to see Mabel Saw at this dental surgery for a jaw complaint that my dentist could not help me with. I was suffering from teeth grinding and chattering. When I first went to see Mabel I was in a lot of pain in and around my face and neck. She advised me on my options and was so helpful. She recommend a splint to allow my jaw to relax as the muscles had become like golf balls in my face. I was at the end of my tether having tried all sorts of treatment. Everything was explained very carefully and she really cared about my complaint. Over the next 3 months I had the splint made and wore it full time. I visited her occasionally to have it adjusted as my jaw relaxed. Improvement came within weeks of wearing it. I no longer woke up with face pain and headache. After 3 months all of my symptoms had gone. The journey with her was so wonderful due to her care and attention. I have a choice now whether to use it or not as I don't think the stress of life has stopped but my teeth chattering has and the fight between my jaw and my teeth has been won. I would recommend Mabel so highly as you have the choice of your treatment and you are in control. The practice as a whole is excellent. And the staff are so welcoming. And as for Mabel she certainly knows her specialised subject very well. Thank you for my life back.

I have been terrified of dentists ever since I was a young. I decided to go private about three years ago because of my nerves and going to see Mabel Saw and her team is the best decision I could have made. They are all calming, sympathetic and kind. Mabel explains what she is doing which makes you feel in control of the situation. I have needed fillings and extractions and with my hand on my heart I can honestly say Mabel has never hurt me. Today I went for a replacement filling and for the first time since I was five I wasn't in the least bit nervous (well not much anyway :)) Yes, going private costs a bit more, but I was avoiding dentists like the plague, however now I have a healthy mouth and that is worth every penny.

Have had excellent care from Zainab at Burwell Dental today. Would highly recommend them if you are considering a new dental surgery.

Sheetal is without doubt the best dentist I’ve ever come across! Having had multiple treatments with her over the last few years (some aesthetic, some medical) I can say with certainty I’ll never use any other dentist again. She is so professional and thorough, extremely gentle and hugely knowledgeable. If you have any fear or anxiety about dental work this is the lady to see, I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough. 5 stars aren’t enough! ⭐️
