One hour late to pick us up , whilst texting us every 15 mins to say taxi is coming in 15 mins. Most incompetent administrator who answers the phone and can’t provide clear indication on the time frames nor provide a suitable solution. They take the mickey by being the only taxi in Towcester. Had to use them on way back and were charged double the amount to the first trip. Awful and slow service.

15 mins late and charged £18 for a 6 min drive. Far too expensiveYou’re not in the countryside and charging £18 for a 6 min drive is outrageous. We literally drove down one dual carriageway. That wasn’t countryside. I was staying at the Premiere Inn on the A43. It was one drive on the dual carriageway approx 6 mins.

We were picked up from premiere inn at the green man pub, booked by my husband Jason .Despite having where we were going on his phone placed in front of him on the dash took us to the wrong place then asked why WE didn’t tell him he was going the wrong way ( we are from Manchester) then still tried to charge us from the hotel to the wrong place then eventually to the correct destination, no apology and said we should have told him where to go , I’m sorry but is that not the job of a taxi driver, we go to Silverstone every year and will never use them again.

Used this company today to get to Silverstone circuit and back to Milton Keynes Station and I wished I'd checked them out before would have saved me loads of time on outbound trip Wonderful service with SMS updates and friendly drivers and reasonable prices. Can't fault at all . Thank you.
