My Hermes

The worst company ever! Sent me a delivery tracking every single day for a week and emails saying delivered but it wasn't delivered. They then sent emails saying delivered but still not delivered. Couldn't get through to a human and they ignored all the emails from aldi about my parcel. Absolutely shocking service. Another time I arrange a collection of a parcel, two days and they never showed. Diabolical company.

Dishonest company.Paid for next day delivery on Tuesday (now Thursday), for trainers... shoe box size. Lost, damaged or stolen, who knows but its not because its too big!A SHOEBOX!!!??!? What courier can't deliver a shoe box! If it were my business I'd personally be very embarrassed and quit. Clearly a company with no shame as happy to have a web bot chat facility that does nothing and a dedicated call number thats equally as useless as the web bot, running scared of customers! An embarrassing company who I will now deliberately stop buying from retailers who use Hermes for delivery. Amateurs.

Placed an order with Asos and paid for next day delivery, 3 days later I finally get the parcel. Then I order from Manchester United store and again paid for next day delivery thinking they use their sponsor company DHL. Well then I realise the tracking number is for Hermes, oh great :/ again, shock my delivery doesnt turn up the next day! It's now been 3 days since I ordered and the tracker just says they're yet to receive the parcel! After 3 days!? For an Express next day delivery! So I have called Manchester united and all they said is that they have to wait a week and if the status is the same they will re send the items, presumably using hermes again! So I might be in the same boat again! Like others have said there is no number to call and the customer service is non-existent! The hermes employees could literally take your parcels and hermes wouldn't care and you wouldn't be able to do anything about it! I will avoid them if I can.

Utterly appalling company, I will actively check purchases prior to completing to ensure these are not the delivery company used.I have lost count on the amount of times I've sat at home all day waiting for a parcel only to be told items couldn't be delivered due to no-one being home!Then comes the impossible task of actually contacting a person to attempt to explain what's happened.The customer support is pretty much nonexistent.You have absolutely no control on where your item is or how you can assist with further details on your address.Cheap isn't always best, this company is a prime example of this.AVOID!

I opted to change my delivery to 'through letterbox' as I was not going to be home, the driver delivered it to my neighbour's address in error who has gone travelling for 6 weeks. No access to the property until he returns. Not ideal.

I have tried for two days using 3 different phone numbers, all of which say the office is open 8am-6pm. It is not. Still getting same message at 9.30am!‘Chat’ tells me the same as my online research, that my parcel is on its way. This is a week after sending the parcel, for which I am waiting for a refund. Cannot find email address to contact them.I have used Hermes for several years without complaint. I will not use them again after I get THIS parcel found and sorted.

In the past i had collection parcel problems but was resolved.Recently, hermes fail to collect my parcel, tried speaking to a real person using phone number provided, you will end up wasting your time and go in a loop. Trading standards need to get a grip with this company, seriously out of order.Finally, ended up cancelling and using Royal Mail. I am lucky i didn't lose my customer. Please hermes, get a grip and sort out your issues.

4 days into a 24 hour delivery and still no parcel. No end of lies being told to me regarding where my parcel is; with a courier, at the depo, don't know where it is, all interchanging every time I try to talk to someone. For all I know your courier stole my parcel! If it wasn't obvious I will be tell everyone to avoid this attempt at a service.

Absolutely shockingly awful company. Left my £100 gaming desk sat outside my front door for all to see on a busy main road for 30 mins. Had the audacity to post a picture as proof of delivery as a final dig and scuttiling off back to his delivery van. I will never give my money to this company ever again which means if any company use your company, they will lose my custom too. Just not on. This company seriously needs to sort itself out. I'm surprise you're still trading... No, this isn't a n isolated incident either. Geta grip.

First said my parcel was overweight and demanded an extra £10. Paid the extra and then they lost the parcel. How can a parcel of that size and weight go missing? Customer service non-existent. Terribly poor customer service.
