We were impressed with the good service and the new Bi-fold doors we had installed look great. From initial enquiry and survey, right through to completion the whole process was managed very well. Even when we noticed a couple of minor snags after installation, the team from Biggerstaff dealt with them quickly and efficiently.

Just renovating our home and we have used BiggerStaff to replace all the windows and install bi-folding doors. They carried out the work professionally and quickly - would highly recommend to anyone thinking of replacing their windows or doors.

Two years ago we employed Biggerstaff Windows to replace all the wooden framed windows and doors of our house. It had taken us twenty years to pluck up the courage to do this as we have no proper lintels in the outside brickwork. But we needn't have worried as BW had it all under control. So impressed were we with the build quality and installation that we have recently used them again to provide the triple glazed windows and bi-fold doors in our new extension. The Biggerstaff team replaced our wooden soffits and fascias with uPVC. The fitters were prompt, efficient and courteous at all times. Their level of workmanship was exceptional and they went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect result. The price we paid was exactly what we were quoted. We would highly recommend them.

We have recently had cladding fitted to front and back of our house. Biggerstaff were very good and we agreed a price. The work was done at our convenience. A slight issue was discovered by me. I contacted Biggerstaff and they sent a team round the following day and resolved the problem. All in all very good customer service. I would recommend.

Biggerstaff windows fitted some new doors to our house and we have had some issues with adjustment due to heat on the doors.They have been out numerous times to adjust them and have come out at short notice, and have been very helpful in rectifying the problem.4 stars only due to adjustment issues.Which is not their faults, more to do with manufacturers.

Just replaced all our windows, a pyramid roof light and side door. Materials look great, helpful input on 'design' decisions, efficient back office services and a really helpful friendly (and tidy) team doing the installation.Would have no hesitation recommending the product or the entire team and process from beginning to end.Thank you
