Me and my mum ordered a sewing machine over the phone with Sham on Wednesday. By Saturday the machine was personally delivered to us by Sham, with a thorough demonstration of how to use the machine. From the initial phone call to the delivery, Sham was nothing but friendly and helpful. He really took the time to explain all the functions of the machine and patiently answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with using the machine and did everything at our pace. This was the best service we could have hoped for and we are extremely happy with our purchase.

Excellent service, took my old Singer to have a new drive gear fitted. It was returned clean and serviced with a new drive belt fitted. It is running better than ever. If I have any future issues I now know where to go.

Sham is amazing! I needed a sewing machine sent abroad, could not find a company who was willing to do so. Sham said no problem. Ordered the sewing machine from him, once he received it, he ran around to get it weighed, packed, shipping quotes and then took it to the shipping company. In prepation for my daughter going on to study fashion, I wanted to buy her a suitable sewing machine that will be right for her for many years to come. I tried researching online, but with so many models and features it was difficult to work out which was best. I asked my mother in law, a keen dress maker, and she recommended SM Sewing Machines. We made a visit to his unit, and discussed our needs, he was very patient, listened to what we wanted to acheive and made some recommendations based on our requirements. He didn't rush us, or push us into making a decision. After careful considering, we settled on the machine that was right for us, Sham offered an hour's tutorial when we picked it up free of charge. It was brilliant, he took us through every feature of the machine and made sure my daughter knew how to complete all the important tasks. We are very happy with our purchase and the advice that Sham provided.

Very friendly and helpful. My machine was picked up from home, repaired well and quickly, then brought back to my home (despite the covid19-situation). All of it was done in the most professional way possible and my Janome has never worked as well as it does now (and it has been with me for about ten years). I also received so many helpful tips from Sham who went out of his way to help. I just could not recommend this company highly enough. THANK YOU SHAM!
