So glad we changed IT providers as they understand our business needs and with being local to us, a trip to the office is never an issue. James and Reece are always efficient and professional and a pleasure to deal with.

I had mentioned to James that I was having some trouble with my laptop. He came up with suggestion which required swapping out my hard drive so I decided to go for this and he went ahead and ordered the new drive for me. The drive came pretty quickly and, within his own time, James made the repairs to my laptop.It has been running fine ever since and I have not run into anymore issues.
