I called on Sean at Affordable Floorings to quote for removal of 75 sq/m of existing carpet and laminate in Lounge, Dining Room, Hallway and Study, remove existing skirting boards, and supply and fit new laminate floor and refit skirting boards.From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with Sean and Gemma. We had a preference for another style of laminate to their samples and they were able to source and supply this. We also asked for the skirting boards to be removed and refitted as we didn't want beading and they agreed to this, with a contingency for a joiner to fit new skirting if the existing boards were damaged.The fitting process was extremely efficient and all of the work completed - moving furniture around, removing carpets, cutting door jambs, fitting the laminate and replacing the skirting (joiner wasn't needed) - was done without any problems and completed in less than 3 days with very little obstruction even though we were at home throughout.The end result was a very professional and classy finish which we are delighted with, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Affordable Floorings or call on them again for further flooring work.
