Room Outside

I went to room outside after having a particularly bad experience with another landscaper. From the outset, Dan was empathetic and reassuring, as I was naturally worried about going through the process again. His communication was excellent and I am confident that his prices were competitive.I waited some time to have the work completed, but that is completely reflective of the demand during the pandemic. In the lead up, I was provided with updates on when the work would commence which was excellent.The standard of care that I received then continued when the work was being completed. Dan has a team of workers who are committed, hardworking and diligent in all that they do, and as a result, my end product is amazing. My garden looks absolutely beautiful. They were clean and respectful and throughout the job, and kept me updated on the progress.It had been an absolute pleasure to work with Dan and his team. Dan you have completely restored our faith in landscapers!!! You are proof that there are genuine people in the world. Many thanks for all of your support! The room outside team were phenomenal. They turned up on time, they knew exactly what they were doing. Nothing was too much for Dan and our front garden is the envy of the neighbours.The quality of the work and materials is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We would not hesitate recommending Room outside. Their quotes may not be the cheapest around but their professionalism, timeliness and flexibility can not be undervalued. We have a beautiful patio and driveway that even strangers passing the house comment on. Even after 6 months when a minor issue arose, Dan came around immediately and sorted the issue at no extra cost. We would definitely employ Room Outside again in the future.

From the moment Dan English came to quote for our garden landscaping, we were impressed with his professionalism and the genuine interest he showed in our garden ideas. We only have a small garden and Dan helped us to see it’s potential. During the landscaping Dan kept us up to date with every detail.
