What bad customer service I have just received from chi China. Not only did they send the wrong order but tried to blame me for not listening to the girl repeat it 3 times telling me what I ordered. Saying I ordered shish kebab, I know what shish kebab is but I asked for chicken and lamb, that doesn't sound like shish kebab. I was made to feel like it was mistaken, they said what do you want us to do about it, nothing because I could tell you didnt believe me. Won't order there anymore and I'll tell others not to. Couldn't even give them 1 star because of for their rudeness. Get staff that knows what their doing.

Food is absolutely gorgeous from here. Deffo the best for pizza and kebabs in Wyke... and it is consistently good too (never fails to be amazing food and service). The girls on the counter are always really nice and accurate with timings. If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would, but I can't, so a very very well deserved five stars every time!!! Love it ❤ Xxxx

I ordered a spicy chicken burger and chips and my burger was really chewy and slimy like it was not cooked properly unless it was the quality of the chicken but either way it tasted disgusting and i vomited some of it back up and the rest went in the bin. I've always received decent food from here in the past but i will not be ordering from here again as it was unacceptable and despicable to serve your customers food that is not even edible.

Appalling service, this take away is 1.4 miles from me, yet it took over 2 hours from ordering, for the food to eventually arrive, and even then they failed to put garlic mayo or any sauce onto the kebab.It was obvious that the food had been left sitting around, as it ranged from luke warm to clap cold! If I live to be 200, I wouldn't use this take away again, Rajas Spice Grill across the road from this take away, is 100% better any day of the week.If you want at best mediocre food, which may or may not be warm, and to run the lottery as to whether they'll prepare your order correctly or not, and don't mind waiting hours for your luke warm food to arrive, then by all means use this take away, otherwise go elsewhere!!

Excellent stone baked pizzas with a wide variety of ingredients.The chi chini special kebab is also to die for not greasy or fatty like an average evening kebab after a skinful will defiantly be back.

The chips were very tasty, garlic bread was nice. We went for the cheese burger and it was ok for the money, it didn’t have much seasoning on the burger itself and it doesn’t come with any sauce so it’s a bit dry if you don’t add your own on. Speaking of sauce, the garlic mayonnaise was very nice! I would recommend adding this to your order.Prompt delivery but overall the food wasn’t too bad but it certainly didn’t blow my socks off.
