Vinny did a sterling job replacing our burst expansion vessel. He was highly efficient, reliable and friendly — a real professional. He went above and beyond to solve the problem in record time, saving us a considerable amount of trouble. For that he fully deserves 6 stars out of 5. Bravo!

I’m very happy with the work carried out by Vinnie. He was tidy, efficient, came up with effective solutions and really cared about delivering work to a high standard. He was also very flexible, and just goes the extra mile in general! Would definitely recommend.

I called Vinnie out as I had no hot water, he was on time, polite and replaced my boiler really quickly. He provided a decent rate considering he came out 3 times and was here fitting the boiler for over half a day. I would thoroughly recommend

Excellent from start to finish. Responded to an emergency call out very quickly and an engineer arrived within an hour. Junaid was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and fixed the problem promptly. Reasonable and clear pricing from the start. Would highly recommend based on my experience.

Vinnie was great! Was initially an emergency call out & he arrived quickly. He diagnosed a problem (that 3 other plumbers had missed!!), immediately ordered the part & was on standby to come back when it arrived. He was communicative throughout & even let me use his silicone gun at the end to fix some grout!Would happily recommend and use these services again!

Great plumber who arrived exactly when he said he would and got a leaky pipe sorted for us really quickly. Friendly and reassuring throughout the process whilst also working efficiently - would definitely use again!

I phoned Vinnie at 8am asking if he could look at a leak in my flat. He was with me within 30 minutes, had located the leak within 2 minutes and all sorted 15 minutes later. Great service!
