Layton Funeral Directors

My family has used Layton Funeral Directors three times now. They have been very helpful and I would recommend everybody to use this company. This recent occasion, i have to thank Rebecca especially, for all she did for me. Thank you all very much.

I can't thank Layton Funerals enough. David Potts is amazing. Put me at ease immediately - he's very warm. He understood my needs and how he should react to me to perfection, as I'm sure he will understand everyone's needs. We had a DIY funeral. David guided me through the whole experience from start to finish. He helped make my brother's farewell as comfortable as it could be. David is very supportive. Wonderful. Look no further. And they are reasonably priced. Others I called (who couldn't meet me on a Saturday and I was travelling from Berkshire to Blackpool to try and organise as Next of Kin) were very business orientated. Thank you David for your personal touch !! You are brilliant. Please come and do mine in Windsor?

Cant reccomend them enough! I used Layton funerals for my dads funeral in 2007 and then my mums funeral years later in 2013. David and the teams service was second to non. Special mention to david who dealt with both with sensitivity and kindness explaining everything and helping where ever he could ,if as a family we had any questions or needs nothing was to much trouble.

Layton Funeral Directors stepped in to help with a funeral plan from a company that are no longer in business. They were fantastic talking the plans through and helping us deal with all aspects of the funeral planning. On the day they were very reassuring, empathetic and supported us to help us feel at ease and know we’d made the right decisions. Thank you!

Highly recommend this Funeral home. David Potts and his staff went the extra mile. I can’t thank them enough for looking after my beautiful husband. The care and support David gave myself and my girls in our hour of need was amazing xx

A Big Thank you to Susan, Very warm and friendly lady. The way she dealt with everything from start to finish was very dignified and professional. she took the time explaining everything to us and listened to our final wishes for our loved she did everything to ensure we had nothing to worry or think about at such a sad time for us all. They deserve more than five stars but of course we cannot. They helped us with my father in law, very attentive even down to the little minut detail. Thank you to Susan for helping and also to all the other staff that helped. I cannot describe how appreciative we all are! Thank you all so much xx

Wish I could give more than 5 stars to this excellent company. Their customer service is phenomenal. Sue and David were so supportive and caring and all the staff so professional and respectful. All the little touches made me feel that they knew my Dad personally and Sue was full of lovely ideas for the funeral and even went the extra mile of obtaining permission from Glasgow Rangers FC for us to use their crest in the Order of Service. Cant’t thank them enough for making the organising of a stressful event much easier for my family and I. Would highly recommend them if you want a caring personal service.

All of the staff from the gentlemen who called to pick up my dad to Sue and all others were very professional, courteous and kind. They helped put both myself and mum at ease when they were talking us through what happens next and paperwork needed.
