Such friendly and helpful staff. The gent that served went out of his way to double check measurements and made absolutely sure that I had the correct battery. Explained how to fil, charge and fit the battery too.

We bought 4 batteries some time ago all of them failed to hold there charge we exchanged 2 and bought 2 more and they said when you bring the others back we will refund you when we arrivec there with they checked them and said they wad notnings nothing wrong with them but they wouldn't start our motor home put the new one on stared first time. Very arrogant staff not helpful walked away when I was talking to him and wasn't happy about the faulty batteries will never go there again or tell friends

Staff are really helpful, been loads of times for different batteries.Truck batteries, pick-up batteries, car batteries, quad bike batteries, scooter batteries.They also have golf buggy and trolley batteries and mobility scooter batteries, also solar power kits.And these guys aren't like the big stores, they're not just there to sell sell sell. There's been several time I've gone for advice and they are always happy to help.If they say you need a battery you know you actually need a battery, not that they just want to sell you one.Would 100% recommend.

Outstanding customer service. Needed 2 batteries within a week. Van battery only a year old which was replaced immediately and bought another for my car yesterday, which the young man even carried out to my car!! Highly recommend this business and Kai....you are an amazing, helpful young man.
