Little Footsteps Explorers Preschool

The staff at Little Footsteps were brilliant at helping our little boy settle into preschool and he now absolutely loves going! He gets to take part in a wide range of activities but the outside area is the star - it is huge and used brilliantly. We receive daily observations about what he has been doing that day which is really lovely to see. Highly recommend!

The staff here are very friendly and professional. They are great at taking the children out and about regularly and have good amount of outdoor space at the premises. They also do a range of indoor activities like arts and crafts, and baking. They have a large amount of space being set in a scout hut, there is a parking area to the rear which makes picking up and dropping off easy. My daughter has allergies which they have responsive about and have handled well.

Our daughter was lucky enough to be part of Little Footsteps pretty much from the beginning. I’ve never seen her so happy to go in! The staff are amazing, they genuinely care your child and make sure they feel safe and happy. They have all the best bits of a nursery setting and a childminders. The outdoor space is expansive and they really make the most of it. There are many activities indoors that the children can choose from and our favourite part is the fact that they take the children out to various places (library, park, shops to buy ingredients!) all life lessons etc which they document and put up on tapestry, a daily set of photos. We could not be happier and looking forward to my youngest starting with them at some point soon. Highly recommend!

Our son absolutely loves being a Little Footsteps and it works around our schedule. They have multiple activities every day and everything he needs is provided. Staff are friendly and professional and we get multiple updates from each day.

My little boy loves Little Footsteps Explorers. The staff are really friendly and informative, they are excellent at documenting on the app what he has been doing all day, filled with lots of forest school type activities and outings which is lovely to see. It’s also based at the scout hut so has access to a huge field, I cannot recommend this preschool enough!

I could not praise enough the Footsteps Explorers Preschool! Firstly, the teachers are truly amazing and dedicated! They actively engage the children in a variety of fun and creative activities. And daily sends us updates and observations accompanied by photos or short videos through a dedicated platform. Moreover, children spend a lot of time outdoors exploring nature and preschool’s great playground. My boys love going to this preschool and watching how much they learn and enjoy is just amazing!

Both of my children have loved coming here. They have an incredible outside space that they have put a lot of time and effort into and it really shows! The communication is great and I love seeing the pictures of what they have got up to each day. Highly recommended!

My son loves coming here to the nursery & the lady's that work here are nothing but polite and informative and keep me updated with any relevant information regarding my son. The updates through tapestry are great as well and I love they take the time to go out with the children and explore when the weather permits. I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for childcare for their children.

Our son has settled in at little footsteps explorers beautifully. He looks forward to coming everyday. The staff are always friendly and polite! I love that I get updated throughout the day and can see pictures of what he’s been up to via tapestry. We have nothing but positives to say. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough! My little one has started here and has so much fun. Even if she finds it hard to have me leave her the staff are so good at giving her a cuddle and calming her. She then has so much fun playing and doing so many different activities. They get outside time everyday which is great as my little one loves being outside. The staff are really good at updating me on what she has been up to and the tapestry app is great to see pics to see what they have been doing too. Really recommend this as such a lovely pre school.
