Great place to get your turf from. It's good quality and super price. The lady I spoke to in the sales team was very helpful and genuine. The guys at the St Albans depot were also helpful and polite. I’d definitely recommend this company. Well done.Please don’t forget, the main thing with turf is how you maintain it once laid.Good luck with your summer lawn projects.

The whole process of buying turf was excellent. From the ordering to the collection of the turf, everything went smoothly. The staff were very helpful and polite. The quality of the turf was very good.I will definitely be using George Davies again.

Delivered on time and driver very helpful making sure raised bed soil was placed where we need it. The soil itself was excellent - sieved and composted. Great work all round.

Needed to turf my garden. Found the website and put in the sizes. Order was confirmed and a delivery date set. On the day the driver rang me to confirm delivery and location. Our address is not a simple one as its off of a service road. The driver arrived sorted the forklift truck out and dropped off the grass in minutes, causing minimum disruption to other road users. The grass went down a treat and we had 3 rolls spare at the end. It looks fantastic and I'm thankful for all this rain. Its growing well and I'd recommend to anyone. From order to delivery it was super efficient.

Extremely high quality product (I purchased their horticultural loam to make new borders around my lawn and replace awful clay/stoney soil), delivered bang on time by a very helpful driver. He had a forklift so was able to drop the bags exactly where i needed them so I could slit the sides and the lovely friable soil just poured out. Delighted.

Excellent delivery service, going the extra mile to take the soil to the farside of the estate and place the soil directly onto the bed, is a valuable services and saving a lot of time. I will definitely use their services again.
