Had an MOT done, very helpful staff. Rang to say when car was ready

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, they diagnosed my car with 3 failing shock absorbers which they managed to source and replace (with high quality new parts) within a few hours of leaving the car with them. I will definitely be using their services again, couldn't recommend more.

Very disappointed. Booked Vauxhall Mokka in for air-con re-gas a few days ago. Went today, started walking home, was phoned saying they didn't have the correct adapter for my car! A waste of an hour! They knew they had had previous problems like this, so why not get the correct adapter in? Why didn't they check it before I started walking home? Why didn't they check for correct adapter between booking and actual appointment? Very unprofessional!

This is the garage I go to for my MOT and I cannot recommend them highly enough. After my car broke down with various warning lights and lack of power, Green Flag towed the car to The Workshop. The mechanics examined the engine, ran it through their diagnostics and thought it was a throttle based problem. They ordered a replacement part, in the meantime I was given a courtesy car. I dealt with Tyrone, who was very polite and professional and kept me fully informed. I’m impressed by the excellent customer service, and how honest and fair they were with me. The repair was much cheaper than going through a VW authorised garage and I would thoroughly recommend them.

I been there for a car check, one of the mechanic take my car for a drive test, when he come back my car was not possible to drive, i come inside asking what he done to the car and the Manager/Owner kick me out of the garage!!Very good from his sideReally bad experience.

Another garage botched my car's tracking. I took it to The Workshop on the recommend and was not disappointed. They were fast, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. And to top it off the customer service team (including the French Bulldog manning the reception desk) were really warm and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back here again

The Workshop was recommended to us by a large chain garage as they were unable to sort our problem and we were not disappointed. Both Tyrone and Dagma were fantastic to deal with and the work carried out was very professional, friendly and efficient. They have a new service for cleaning Diesel Particulate Filters and this process was carried out on our car very swiftly and resolved the issue.This garage is big enough to cope and small enough to care. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Had a classic car recovered and had it fixed here at the workshop. They went above and beyond to find the parts that would fit the classic car and did it all in a friendly, professional and timely manner!Would 100% recommend and will bring our other cars here in the future. Thanks guys!

Superb attention to detail and very very efficient. Found this garage in an emergency and they couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. They took over the repair etc completely and my car was repaired and back on the road next day and all within a sensible and realistic price.They have the right attitude….”Customer is king”!Cannot recommend this garage enough and I will use them again in the future. After my car broke down, fortunately outside my home, I rang The Workshop and got a quote from Tyrone for a clutch replacement, as that is what I thought was wrong. Green Flag towed the car to The Workshop. The garage engineers examined the engine, confirmed a failed clutch, ordered a replacement made by LUK, and by noon next day the car was ready for collection. I dealt with Tyrone, who was very polite and professional. I’m impressed by the good customer service, and how quickly they repaired the car. The repair was much cheaper than going through a VW authorised garage. Recommended.
