We have used Micheal and his team now for a number of years for our new machinery and servicing and have never been let down.

After moving house I needed a ride on mower, Readman's recommended the Stiga Compact Ride on which has been excellent in both quality and reliability subsequently I purchased hedge cutting equipment which meant I can now cut my hedge in half the time

arrived at warehouse they were there to meet me ,checked it over and repaired in 10 mins ,brilliant no jargon .highly recommend them

Had a Westfield mower with an electrical problem contacted Readman mowers they picked it up came back a week later claiming faulty solenoid , replaced for 120.00 which included diagnostic I thought was a bit steep but if the problem was fixed fair enough….lasted 30 mins then ride cut out completely again …contacted Readman’s again came picked it up again had it another week ….this time claimed it was a faulty ignition switch charged me another 120 for yet another diagnostic and re wireing of the ignition….I felt tho was unfair and asked them why so much …he claimed his technician had been on it 5 hours !!!! And this was correct…to this lawnmower has had 2 x diagnostic on it …lasted an hour this time I went again !!!!! Contacted Readman’s who offered an inspection but I had lost all faith in the company and didn’t want to spend another 120 for some masking tape …I changed the solenoid and it worked fine …on inspection of the re wiring…he just wrapped some masking tape round it …nothing had been re wired ….never never use these guys for repairs there very expensive and don’t know what they are doing …lesson learned

Lovely helpful lady invited me into the stores to find what I was after as the parts man was away.Found what I required within minutes and job done.

I purchased a battery powered Stiga hedge-cutter and grass trimmer from Readmans mowers - they came highly recommended by Michael and are fantastic! It's not a chore to get the gardening tools out any more! :-)

Bought a mower 5 years ago and it is still going strong. Just had a service done on it, good communication from Sandra arranging collection and then drop off again less than a week later. Friendly and informative service from Neil who did the collection/return. Looks like a brand new mower again! Thanks to all of the team.
