Amazing service from Tracey. We've been unlucky this winter and our boiler packed up so we've been without hot water and heating. After calling around all of the local chimney sweeps everyone was turning us away of giving us a huge wait time which is to be expected. I contacted synergy as a last ditch effort to try and get someone out and they came out within a week. Excellent, professional service with advice and she said she'll contact us in 6 months to come back and the dog took a shine to her as well!

Highly recommend Russell & Tracey, at short notice visited our home to sweep our chimney, Russell was extremely knowledgeable & provided great help, support & extra hints for lighting our log stove in cold weather.

Quick reply to my initial enquiries, turned up on time and good service carried out. Friendly and helpful whilst on site and cleaned up after work completed. I would use Russ again next time.
