Clarendon Cross Canines

This is a great place and the only groomers I will visit as long as they are around! They only take one dog at a time and they do not rush appointments making sure that your dog is relaxed and comfortable whilst getting done. My dog Bronzo literally jumps into their arms when we visit and is non stop wagging his tail on arrival and after! He has a great time there and he is a very noise sensitive dog. The genuine care and time that they take when grooming him makes him love it. For the negative reviews that are here; I wouldn't be surprised if they actually wrote a review for the wrong groomers. This place is 100% worth this visit.

Ignore all the reviews here!! This is the most unprofessional groomers I have come across. I called to get a quote as a new customer & check when I can book. Instantly when she knew my dog was a Pomeranian, she brushed me off so rudely & said she’s fully booked for the month with repeat customers. I was about to ask when she is next available and then she said bye and shut the phone! I call her back (I thought maybe there’s a miscommunication), she then said she won’t be able to book me in till January (!) because the only groomer that doesn’t use clippers (as you can’t use these on a Pomeranian) is on holiday till January. This is clearly a lie, every groomer is able to cut with scissors, she did not want my business and instantly brushed me off wanting to get off the phone. She was even suggesting other businesses! So rude and unprofessional, would not trust my dog with her even if she had availability! She judged my dog based on his breed, he is a very calm Pomeranian who is very well behaved in groomers. If you are after a groomer who is highly unprofessional and rude to customers, this is the place for you! I will be taking my dog elsewhere.

I brought my nervous cavapoo , Annie Rose to here and they were so good with her a lovely caring couple. Annie's groom was perfect she was the only dog there for her appointment. Annie hated going to Yuppy Puppies. I am so happy to have discovered them. Thank you Theresa and Simon!

Best groomer I've ever been to. First groom I've ever been happy with for my cocker spaniel. Valerie and David are wonderful and I'm looking forward to bringing Monti back again soon.

I took my 4 month old Westie 'Wilson' to get his first haircut by David and I was so impressed, he came out looking very handsome! Not only did David do an excellent haircut on Wilson, you could tell that he was well looked after too. David and Valerie have a lovely shop full of goodies for dogs and you can tell they absolutely love animals. I will only take Wilson to see Auntie Valerie and Uncle David for grooming from now on as they made Wilson feel really special and us as dog owners also. Thank you and see you soon. Michelle

My toy poodle Daisy was given an excellent groom by the beautiful team. Not only was she much more relaxed than after the other times she’s been groomed, but her cut has grown out beautifully - it has been 6 weeks since her groom and she is still looking spectacular (as you can see in the pictures below!) So happy with the service and quality - 5 stars just isn’t enough!

Clarendon Cross Canines is the best groomer in London. We travel quite a long way every month to bring our dog here for grooming because of the incredible amount of care they put into the work every time.We have been bringing our dog here for more than a year and cannot recommend them highly enough!

The most wonderful place! Lovely owners who really know and love dogs. Love that is is family run and they know all of the dogs in the neighborhood. My dog Izzy doesn’t like being groomed usually but had such a great experience at Clarendon Cross Canines and looks so beautiful. Will be taking Izzy here to be groomed forever ❤️ Could not recommend them more.
