Only got 1 cos there’s no ZERO! You may want to retrain your Frames department. Had a broken pair of Retro specs, rang you and you confirmed you still had them but needed to go to opticians to order which I did. Optician rang back to say you didn’t have them! Then it turns out you had two pair left, brown frame and purple. My opticians ordered the brown pair only to recieve a Brown face with PEACH arms!!!!! Get a grip!!!!

i HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH Dunelm Optical for almost 20 years and have yet to find a better independent lab than them for cost range and speed . Can whole heartedly recommend them
